Kincaid Consulting & Development Company (KCDC) was founded by Jesica Kincaid, an international trade and agricultural policy expert with more than a decade of experience in agri-food trade, policy analysis, economic research, and international diplomacy. Jesica and KCDC are based in Paris where she partners with and advises international clients and has represented some of the world’s most recognizable and essential food commodities. Past partners include the United States Department of Agriculture, the World Food Programme and the International Trade Commission.

Fluent in English and French, Jesica has traveled the world navigating complex international trade environments. She has represented clients and collaborated with governments, international organizations, NGOs, and private sector entities in Colombia, Germany, Japan, Morocco, and more. Jesica is skilled in researching and drafting impactful trade policy reports, coordinating high-level trade missions, promoting agricultural products, and securing funding. Her expertise in marketing and communications has been honed through working with global agencies to produce promotional campaigns for agricultural commodities, organizing large-scale virtual and in-person events, and overseeing tradeshow booths at major international trade shows including SIAL Paris and Anuga.
